Cancer Fund of Ponoka
The Ponoka FCSS Cancer Fund utilizes financial gifts and bequests to reduce the financial burden occurring for persons who have a cancer diagnosis and are in treatment. The cancer fund is available to individuals and families who reside within the Ponoka FCSS Region (Town of Ponoka and East half of the County of Ponoka).
Your contribution goes where you intend it to go! CanadaHelps independently manages the donation process, directing funds to the Cancer Fund and issuing official charitable tax receipts where applicable.
Ponoka Covered Wagon Handicapped Transportation Society (PCWHTS)
Ponoka Covered Wagon Handicapped Transportation Society (PCWHTS), also known as Ponoka Handi-Van Society, transports residents of the Town of Ponoka and the east half of the County of Ponoka who are otherwise unable to transport due to disabilities and/or barriers.
The vans offer area residents transportation services within the Town of Ponoka as well as outlying communities, with priority given to medical appointments.

In Person donations can be made to above charities or general donation by
dropping cash or cheque donations off at the Ponoka FCSS office at 5006 52nd Avenue from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please note we are closed weekends and stat holidays.
Drop Box donations can be made to above charities or general donation through our
drop box located on the outside of our building at the front entrance (to the right of the doors). Any donations can be put in this secure drop box after hours. It is checked every morning that the office is open.
