If you need legal advice, can’t afford a lawyer but don’t qualify for Legal Aid, you may qualify for a free appointment with a lawyer. 


Legal advice may be available for the following:

  • Separation

  • Uncontested Divorce

  • Common Law

  • Custody and access

  • Small claims

  • Non-domestic common assault

  • Landlord/tenant

  • Employment

  • Social Benefits

  • Debt

  • Guardian/Trusteeship

  • Summary Criminal Offenses

  • Wills (strict financial guidelines apply)
